"AI Disclaimer"

Disclaimer on AI, Creativity, and Artistic Freedom

As a quick disclaimer, I must be transparent about my creative process and the tools I use to bring my work to life. "As a quick disclaimer, I must state that I use AI to write, make sound effects, and voice changers." This is not a secret, nor is it something I feel ashamed of. What it doesn’t mean, however, is laziness or a lack of creative effort. "This does not mean I don't put effort into my work."

I understand storytelling at a fundamental level. "I understand character arcs, character development, plot, pacing, and themes, which ARE STILL MY ORIGINAL IDEAS!" These concepts are not generated out of thin air by a machine. They come from my lived experience, my emotions, my struggles, and my imagination. AI does not replace my creativity—it assists it. "I only use Chat GPT to format my outlines/prompts into a cohesive, compelling narrative."

To be clear: "AI bends to my will, and I don't bend to it."

When it comes to sound production and voice work, the same philosophy applies. "As for sound production, and voice acting, I still voice act for the show "Vikings War In Valhalla", and only use voice changers to give a more authentic feel." The performance is still mine. The emotion is still mine. The delivery is still mine. The technology simply enhances the final presentation. And frankly, practicality matters too. "Not to mention, hiring voice actors is a pain, and costs too much for just one guy with autism."

This brings me to a broader issue surrounding AI and technology as a whole. "I see AI as a tool, and if you have an issue with that, then you are tool." That may sound harsh, but it’s rooted in a deeper truth. "Figuratively and literally a tool for the elietes when you say, "let's ban AI," and they'll say, "Ok we'll ban AI, also electricity, the internet, wifi, phones, computers, cameras, medical devices, AC, heating, cars, running water, ect. Now here's a broom, sweep the floors peasant."

Technology has always been targeted by those who benefit from restricting access. "After that, I would say, "That's what you get for being cynical, you lost everything." History proves this pattern repeatedly. And if you think this is exaggerated, look at real-world examples. "And if you think I'm wrong, just look at what happened in Nepal where their corrupt far right government banned social media, and Gen Z rebelled with violent revolution."

Censorship—whether of tools, art, or entertainment—does not protect society. It destabilizes it. "Banning tools or entertainment just hurts democracy as a whole, and we need to have a more nuanced perspective on technology just like a solar punk world (A world the elites want to strip away from you.)" Progress requires nuance, not fear.

Which leads to one of the core problems of modern culture: "Black & White tribalistic thinking is disgusting & evil." The outrage mobs, the moral purists, the people who demand conformity while pretending to defend ethics—they are part of the rot. "The fact that I have to write this disclaimer is disgusting, instead making what I want, however way I want to make it, without some mob of losers coming at me for no reason."

And beneath all of this lies the deeper truth. "And There underlies the real issue with society, the Black & White tribalistic mindset of the elites who made this great technology, and now they want to take it away from you." It doesn’t stop with AI. "They want to take everything from you, even good healthy food, a healthy mind, and spirit."

So here is my stance, clearly and unapologetically. "My advice for artist is to use AI to the best of its ability to make a story, or cinematic. be grateful of the technology, and running water while it lasts."

I create what I create because it is honest, because it is necessary for me, and because art has always been about expression—not permission. If that makes some people uncomfortable, that’s not my responsibility. My responsibility is to tell my stories, my way, using the tools available to me while they still exist.
